Seagate bad
I’m really starting to question my purchase of a Seagate external hard drive I had bought in April. It crashed a couple weeks ago - hard. It’s gone - breathed its last breathe. So today I called Seagate to get it replaced under warranty…their computer system was down, “Could you please call back in 3 hours?” Ummm…no. Well ok, I don’t have a choice. I called back and I didn’t have my correct information so I had to call back a third time - the system was down AGAIN.
If a computer company can’t even keep their own computer system up and running during business hours…one has to question the reliablity of their computer products.
Moral of this story…Seagate BAAADDDD!!!
